This policy explains when and how you can cancel an order and what happens next. Once an order ships, it must be handled through our Return Policy instead.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before they ship from our warehouse.

Cancellation availability depends on your order status:
Custom, built-to-order, or special-order products may have longer processing times before they can be cancelled.
We will make every effort to cancel custom orders before production begins, with no fees applied. However, once manufacturing has started, the order may need to ship and follow our Return Policy.
When your cancellation is confirmed:
Once your order status shows “Shipped,” it cannot be cancelled through this policy.
Please refer to our Return Policy for information about returning items after delivery. Returns are also processed with no restocking fees when eligible.
