Processing and transit times listed here are estimates and can vary due to product availability, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Safe Mobility Store offers free standard shipping on all qualifying orders with a merchandise subtotal above $500, shipped within the 48 contiguous United States and abroad.
The $500 minimum is calculated before taxes and after any discounts or promo codes are applied.
Some items, such as oversized products, specialty equipment, or items that must ship by freight truck, may be excluded from free shipping or may include an additional freight surcharge, which will be shown at checkout when applicable.
The following shipping options are available for eligible orders.
Availability may vary depending on your delivery address and the products in your cart.
Expedited options shorten transit time after shipment.
They do not reduce the time required to process or build custom and special‑order products before they leave the warehouse.
Most in‑stock items are processed for shipment within 1–3 business days after your order is received and payment is approved.
Custom, built‑to‑order, or special‑order products may require additional processing time before they ship.
If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
Safe Mobility Store primarily ships within the United States and to select international destinations.
Some services, such as Express Domestic Shipping (4–6 hours), are only available to eligible U.S. addresses.
At this time, some items cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses because they require a physical address for delivery by ground or freight carriers.
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives and, when possible, before signing for freight shipments.
Check the outer carton and contents for visible damage, and verify that all items appear to be present.
If you notice damage to the packaging or product, note it on the delivery receipt before signing, and keep a copy for your records.
For significant damage, you may choose to refuse delivery and contact us promptly so we can assist with a resolution.
